About the role

We're looking for our first ever Content Marketing Manager. You'll be joining Prediko's founding team and help us become a leader in the commerce enablers space.
Your goal will be to increase the impact of our content on the company's revenue. To achieve this, you'll be working on the content strategy, production, and distribution.

What you'll be building

Content Strategy

  • Build and organise content roadmap based on audiences needs and internal feedback from founders and biz dev.
  • Run industry & SEO analysis to identify new content opportunities and to come up with creative ideas.
  • Define metrics to measure the impact of the content in terms of ARR.
    Content Creation
  • Create quality sales enablement content → thought leadership articles, social posts, customer stories, landing pages, newsletter, infographics, etc.
  • Keep a pulse on industry-related topics and identify customer needs to needs to create relevant and timely content.
  • Identify new formats & ideas of content that will raise brand awareness (videos, podcasts, interviews, etc)
  • Track & improve content performance on Prediko's blog
    Content Distribution
  • Publish content on all channels and automate where possible
  • Identify new opportunities for content distribution
  • What we are looking for

  • Proficient english spoken and written skills to write/review content using our company tone of voice
  • Analytics mindset to measure and understand content performances
  • Project management capabilities to own content production roadmap and work with contractors
  • Creative mindset to identify new ideas of contents and remodel existing content to extend its lifetime/impact  
    We'd especially love to speak with you if you have
  • SEO knowledge to identify content opportunities through SEO researches and to publish SEO optimised content
  • Strong empathetic capacity to collect internal feedback for the roadmap content and to understand our audiences, their needs and the content they like
  • E-commerce industry knowledge and proven record of creating content that drives conversion
